Indian pace bowler Jasprit Bumrah is all set to achieve the record as the highest wicket taking Indian bowler in T20 international cricket matches.
Jasprit Bumrah who made re entry after 4 months of rest period is back in the field. In the recent T20 cricket match against Sri Lanka he was able to take only 1 wicket and gave away many runs. Bumrah who is considered as a death over bowler has given three 4’s in the last over. Wanindu Hasaranga hit hatrick 4’s in Bumrah’s pace bowling.
On Friday, Jan 10 in the T20 match with Sri Lanka there are chances for Bumrah to achieve a magnificent feat. 1 wicket will make him the highest wicket taking Indian bowler in T20 international matches. He is competing with R Ashwin and Yuzvendra Chahal as the all the three have same number of 52 wickets in their record.
