1. Pat Cummins – Rs 15.5 crores

IPL teams love Australian cricketers and here is the proof. Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) bought Pat Cummins for Rs 15.50 crores making him expensive player in the IPL 2020 auctions. His current World’s best bowling numbers helped him fetch this whopping amount.

2. Glenn Maxwell – Rs 10.75 crores

Another Australian cricketer Glenn Maxwell’s was bought by Kings XI Punjab for staggering Rs 10.75 crores. His absence in the IPL 2019 didn’t deter the teams from competing to buy him in this IPL T20 auctions 2020. 3. Chris Morris – RCB – Rs 10 crores

9. Eoin Morgan – KKR – Rs 5.5 crores

10. Marcus Stoinis – DC – Rs 4.8 crores

Delhi Capitals (DC) spent Rs 4.80 crores to get Australian cricketer Marcus Stoinis in their team. His allrounder role performance will strengthen the DC team.

  • Jaydev Unadkat who was worth Rs 8.4 croes in 2019 is now bought at Rs 3 crores. The Rajasthan Royals released him before the auction and bought him again at a bargain.
  • Sheldon Cottrell base price is Rs 50 lakhs but he was sold for astonishing 8.5 crore rupees.
  • Varun Chakravarthy is bought by KKR for Rs 4 crores, that did shock everyone because his base price is Rs 30 lakhs. His numbers are just not upto the mark.
